  • Show off your fav holiday snap

Inspired by SNOWF1975's post about her holiday snap and it being summer holiday season and all, I thought I would start a thread where we can show off our holiday snaps.

    I get to go first!

Taken by OH on our recent camping trip in Herts. It just sums up the holiday beautifully. You can't tell, but it rained non-stop all week, the kids loved it though and lived in their wellies splashing (and throwing themselves) into muddy puddles.

Design, not rocket science. Illustrator, graphic and web designer, mum of two, wife and self-appointed font police.

Changing the world one crayon at a time.

Living on the coast we take the beach and sea for granted so it's great to dissappear to our place in the French Alps for a total contrast. It's beautiful there and we can totally chill out. It snows a bit though!

Hahaha thank you! unfortunately no not natural! Erm I tend to just go for the cheapest red one when I come to dye it! I think I tend to stick to the live ones though, they sell them in home bargains all the time for about £3 They have about 3 shades of red which I fluctuate between! Always comes out the same colour though haha! Trouble with red hair is you have to keep dying it because it fades so quickly. I've had mine this colour for about 6 yrs now so its not as bad, had a minor faux pas bleaching it a few months ago and its only just got back to the right red! silly me.

We rented a cottage in the Peak District in February and the surrounding area was beautiful, especially first thing in the morning whilst we were walking the dogs...

And I can't miss out a few from our Round the World trip...can you guess the country???

Love the one of Austria! How much does it just make you want to run and do a big bommer into the water to make a MASSIVE splash. ..................... or is it just me?

I would think about it if I didn't know that it was a bit chilly with that glacier on that mountain - there was a cold breeze!

Yes, I love this one too - I think there was a beam in from of the circle to the left of the picture, which blocked the 'circle'. Can you guess where I was when I took it?
