Just wanted to share this picture with you cause i LOVE it.

I took this picture on Perranporth Beach a couple of weeks ago. Its of my daughter Fern. She's 4yrs old and it was her first time at the beach (yes, i should be ashamed of myself!) and she just loved it! We only went down really to check the beach out as we had just arrived. Ended up spending the day there! Just LOVE Cornwall!

It was the haven park I was at!!!! Whats that walk down to the beach like? We did it the first day and then discovered that if we went right into Perranporth, we could park and just walk right onto the beach rather than having a heart attack! ha ha

Those dunes are rather steep But they do (or certainly did back then) put on a mini bus to take people up and down to the part of the beach nearer to the camp.

her first time at the beach? Rhiannon is 8 weeks old and was at the beach last week in Tenby. She loved her boat trip on the big waves! Cool photo and glad you had fun!

Thats like a photo you'd see in a brochure advertising holidays or something! Love it!

I stayed in Perranporth a couple of years ago, cant remember what the caravan park was called but it was right at the top of the hill. I love all the caves and rockpools on the beach, and the big cliffs on either side. Got lots of my inspirational photos from there

Ive only spent a long weekend in Cornwall once, many years ago and pre-children, I remember I loved it there, the cornish pasties and cream teas expecially, the ones you get everywhere else certainly are not the real thing. I stayed in a little B&B well a house in which the owners rented out two spare bedrooms, but they were a lovely couple and recommended lots of places to visit. St. Michaels Mount was fanastic. I actually stayed in Porth Levin which was really picturesque. Only trouble was I went walking along the cliff tops one morning, really early, before the sun came out and still managed to burn my shoulders so badly that they blistered and and scarred. Now I can't stand heat on them. Not even a hairdryer!!! Would still love to get back there some day though.

Sorry went off on a daydream there. Your picture just brought back happy memories of Cornwall.

An absolutely fantastic picture. I too love the footprints leading to your daughter, very well taken!!!
