dinner ideas

I've got to work tomorrow , normally my day off and hubby is cooking dinner
we need something quick that we can literally bung in the oven as he goes out to work an hour after we will eat
any ideas , not much preparation as there won't be time
not pizza as my daughter is cooking that on thursday

Slice up some bits of rump steak, add some chinese 5 spice sauce, cook in a pan(put tin foil over the top as it can spit a bit), maybe do some tinned new potatos.The meat takes about 10 mins, the potatos about 5 mins,bobs your uncle.
