Windy weather

morning took my dog to the park this morning only get chance weekends what with work ect i couldnt belive my eyes so many lovily trees blown down they have been there years and years,its a lovily park everything looked so sad i hear we are in for more winds so more damage.Must dash grandparents comming for sunday lunch have a good sunday.

Terribly cold now....

.......just went out to get the youngest new shoes (£35..grrrrrr) for school and to look at new microwaves (mine went on fire before Christmas...grrrrr again) and I now have a runny nose and earache to add to my already painful throat (tonsils...grrrrrr)

Roll on Spring......

OMG....How Cold? Brass Monkey weather....

.......and I'm in the West Country. My workroom is freezing, I'm sitting wrapped in a quilt, clutching my hot mug to keep my hands warm! BRRRRRRRRrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!

We have friends in Missouri USA (yeah, they call it Misery...) who have been out of their house for 10 days since a huge storm put out all the power & phones there. They're living in a shelter at the local school gym, poor sods!

How's everyone else doing? Hopefully you all have power and heating etc?

Very cold here too - poor Anya looked miserable trudging up to nursery but she brightened up when we got there. There is some nasty ice on the path outside nursery which I slipped on but luckily I kept hold of the pram otherwise Tara would have been in the middle of a busy road Off to do some crafty stuff now while the little one is sleeping.....
