  • How are You today?

I know some of us aren't feeling that great - but today I feel really happy! I've had a few 'down' weeks lately, so this is news

I went for a walk in the sunshine at lunch, ate my strawberry sandwiches and had a massage (compliments of the boss), I have a great OH who loves me and I've got Taekwon Do training tonight.

And yes, I am almost this annoying in person

But more importantly, how are you?

    Glad to hear it!

At the moment and all this week in particular I have been feeling like I've got so many loose threads that need to be tied up and developed, but new things keep cropping up and I'm anxious to start new things when there are still so many other things left to polish up... I'm sure many of you can relate to this feeling in different ways!

On the whole, really looking forward to the weekend!!!

I feel happy today, I feel happy most of the time but when the sun is out and I dont feel cold I'm happier.

Also happy because replies are coming in for the craft fair and I have sold my clock!! now I just have to decide what to do with the weekend and I will be well away.

            I'm good thanks

I'm way ahead for the event I'm going to this weekend so I've got time to just 'play' which I enjoy so much better than being rushed and clockwatching to meet a deadline. I got new crafty toys this week so I've had fund playing with them.

I've got the house to myself for hours yet as everyone's out (golf!) and the sun is shining what more could a person ask for

You know I really think the weather makes a big difference. All the ex-pats out here are a real friendly/happy bunch and we all think the weather plays a big part in this.

The sun shining is great, but it's a bit depressing being at work all day... especially if the weekend is then really pants and rainy!

                  Bad things-
Bad back for carrying 20lb neice (for all of 5 seconds)
                  Not enough money
Brother is still unemployed from December and has run out of money

                  Good things-
My neice and being an auntie(the back pains worth it)
Im employed, which is good in this current situation
I can lend my brother some money for a while

                    Thanks for asking!
I'm glad most of you are feeling happy, the sun really helps! Hope Seahorse's back is better soon.
I've had such a lovely day, an easy day at work for a change, I was allowed to go early so went to my youngest's 'Mother's Day' assembly which was SOOOOOooo sweet. And it's Friday! Am going to get my beads out later too. Love days like these!

Hope everyone has a nice weekend...

Get well soon Selina. Yep, I've had a lovely day today and feel pretty positive about things too (must be the new tablets!). I have decided to take my crafting more seriously and, as near in the future as possible, to do a website with my cards, shadow boxes, poems(maybe) and pen and ink drawings on. I mean how many people can say they can stay at home, crafting away at something they really enjoy and earn a bit of money in the process? OK, so my legs are kna**ered but that's an ongoing problem that I just have to deal with, but at least I can do SOMEthing...god these tablets are gooood . And we went to a couple of garden centres and I found a gorgeous clematis for mil for Sunday and I'm hoping to go and find a little apple tree for my mum tomorrow. AND I'm usually a grumpy old cow at this time of month too, so there you go

I'm leaving my job tomorrow and was just now presented with a lovely bunch of yellow flowers (in a really nice purple box) and a box of choccies - so I'm feeling special!
