I have slowly been putting on weight , although I'm still 'fairly slim' I know I'm getting to that age ( mid forties ) that if I dont' stop it now it will be hard to lose so I'm cutting out sweet things during the week and just treating myself at the weekend, this is the best I've ever done ( nearly 4 weeks ) and it was getting easier but I'm not having a good week this week, it started Monday when I finished off a chocolate dessert that I'd made at the weekend ( chocolate is my weakness , I could quite easily eat a big bar of chocolate for breakfast, polish off a packet of jaffa cakes in one setting etc etc ) anyway I blame my son as it was his chocolate pudding I ate that he didn't want and with the credit crunch it would have been bad to waste it wouldn't it lol
but I convinced myself that it would be ok as I would use that as Fridays treat and just treat myself Saturday this week , you can see my logic ???
but last night was pancake day and I had some with chocolate ice cream and chocolate sauce oops
anyway today I am now craving chocolate , I still have 2 bars from valentines day which I haven't touched and am desperately trying not to as once they're open that will be it I will HAVE to eat the whole lot so I need your help to talk me out of eating them !!
