I have a job interview

Its for a receptionist at a vets just up the road from me. I have worked in vets before as a vet nurse student and the receptionist part was the bit i hated the most lol. But it involves animals and i have had some sort of experience.

I just hope that my speech wont be an issue. As a receptionist you are first port of call for clients and i need to give a good impression. Il see on Friday, 12pm!

It can do yes. Mainly if i m stressed as i am being pressured. But this is quite a small place, so its not so intimidating! Plus i wont have any grumpy farmers on the phone. They were the worst as i could never understand them. I htink its mainly dogs and cats and posh ladies i would get through.

Well done Amy - and good luck with the interview.

It sounds daft, but try not to get too nervous about it - the best interview I've ever had was for a job I didn't really want, and had heard only that morning that I hadn't got the job of my dreams.

So, I went into the interview with somethingof a - nothing to lose - attitude. And it worked ! Got the job, and ended up loving it....
