Oh my gosh Carol, that must have hurt like hell! My toes dislocates all the time (docs tomorrow) and that just about kills me so a hip must be 20 times worse. Take care and see you in a few weeks. Selina x

                      OUCH!!!!!

I know this place is very addictive but you really have to think about yourself - how you gonna kick anyone up the jacksy if you're hip isn't working properly?

Hopefully you won't be reading any of these good luck wishes for another few weeks when you'll be much better.

Ooh Ouch! I can only imagine what it's like. Touch wood I've only got a bit stiff or had cramp whilst sitting with mine...and that's bad enough. Take care
