A nice end to a terrible couple of weeks ....

Not been the best few weeks for me, firstly we had a kitchen fire in the early hours of the morning , was very scary , luckily my OH woke up before it took hold to much but the house was still thick with smoke , so thick we couldn't see a thing downstairs....every wall and surface had smoke damage and ash on it, and everything stunk of smoke...luckily everybody was ok and we only lost a few things.
Then yesterday morning my oldest dog died , she was 15 and wasn't unexpected , she had gone blind and didnt like to move far from her bed next to the fire but she was a very happy dog.

Then today a lady who I did a custom order for in the Summer rang me with a request for 4 commisioned pieces , I'm over the moon as I intially thought she ringing to complain

so after my lows there was a high , fingers crossed nothing else happens

That's awful! I managed to set fire to the oven and the mess was horrendous from just that. I can't imagine how you felt, it must have been terrifying. And I'm sorry about your dog too.

But hooray for your order!
