started setting it up yesterday
and am slowly finding my way around it all
would anyone mind having a quick look and telling me if I'm on the right track

Your blog is fine, the only thing is try to edit not separate posts for each item, otherwise you will find that readers will not comment about each item and some will be left with no comments. If you save as draft you can then go back in and add etc until you are happy, then post.
If you did this deliberately please ignore me.
I have added your blog to mine so you may hopefully get some traffic from MMP. My blog for this week is scheduled to post at 1min past midnight tonight so keep an eye on your comments.

no I didn't do it deliberately I just don't know what I'm doing lol
when you say yours is scheduled to post at one minute past midnight what do you mean ???
I will go and have a go at saving as a draft and then adding to it

Hi Sunrise

I had a look at your blog and it looks great. I have just started a blog too, just last week and as part of a group with another one, and as you say its takes a while to find your way around it. I was told, when I was starting, just to play around with it and you will learn more about how things work that way. I was also wondering how do people get the nice banners at the top, is that a DIY project or do you have to buy them and if so, then where from? I have been checking the faq if I've got stuck. I don't have any pictures posted yet so you are already one step up on me.

Hi sunrise, have replied to your pm's, hope this helps. When you are ready to publish, just above this button is Post Options where you can set the date and time etc for publishing. Enter as required then publish post it will now appear on your posting list as scheduled.

with the header if you go to layout and header section, edit you can import from the web or your computer a banner. If you google free blog banners, several sites come up, the only problem you may have is making it fit, I have found tey come out a bit short.

I especially like the braille card - I thought it was a novel idea. I've never seen anything like this before - with the textures, it is great.
