Been there, done that.
Honest, I did hold the trailer while he changed the wheel once. I very often get called out to hold a nut with spanner on something big or help line up a bit of metal, or thread things through stuff ( I know all the technical terms see) when he's mending the tractors.

Mine! We once changed a motorcycle back wheel by heaving up & balancing the bike on a high bit of concrete, with me hanging onto the front for dear lfe!Cheers,
