Morning All! Been very hot overnight, and predicted very hot and sunny today.

Yesterday, an enjoyable day lots of fresh air, exercise and chatting with friends old and new. Only down side was learning of the death of someone we knew quite well 30 years ago. She was several years younger than us and circumstances were sad. Her death came just over a month after the death of her mother, who we also knew.

Today, after another substantial breakfast provided by our lovely host at the b&b, more out and about and exercise, probably find some different people to chat to.

Have a good day everyone, don't get sunstroke and hope any plans/events go well.

Morning All, not too hot here and the night time temps were positively chilly. Think we are missing this heatwave thank goodness.

I love a good breakfast when on holiday Linda, sets you up for the day, enjoy the exercise.

Yesterday went well, Andrew and Paul wolfed down a doughnut and iced finger bun! Waitrose were good and delivered all the baked goods in sealed boxes, not bags so all perfect on opening. Shiloh got a toy and proceeded to be chased around the garden playing. He was good and did not dive into any of the beds. Normally all you can hear is us shouting 'Off! Off!'. Martha, Andrew (nephews) wife is so sweet and a lovely young lady, well in her 40's but younger than us.

Today back to normal and hope to finish the bumble bee coin purses. One still on the machine and 2 more to go.

I bought the Aussie cleaner been advertised a lot last week and so far it is fantastic and good for the environment. Had some stains on the upvc window frames and nothing brought it off. Sprayed some on, left for about 5 minutes then wiped. Stain all gone and yes I would recommend, even does the cooker glass doors with ease. If you do want to give it a go let me know as can send you a code to get £5 off. Can now gradually get rid of all the cleaning bottles apart from this one and the polish.

Off for a walk then almond croissant for breakfast, HAGO and BBL x

      Morning all...

Warm but misty here this morning, sun forecast later. Went for a long walk around the harbour etc yesterday, watched the sun go down, too hot to lie around on the beach as it was a scorcher so we stayed here where we could dip in and out of the sun.
Flo is worn out, at least 3 long walks a day...
Don’t know what today has in store as it will probably be as busy as anything at most places around the coast here today and tomorrow.
Got to get some cutting in...
Might go home tomorrow or Tuesday, things to do back at the ranch, car having new brake pads and an MOT.
      Have a goodun’ all

        Evening all.

Wifi very slow here so get bored and log off. Battery low on computer too so trying to get quick post in before I plug it in.

Excellent first day and average two days following which was better then expected considering the state of the country and the very hot weather. Reached 32 deg today and absolutely sweltering in the gazebos. Thankfully in the afternoon the sun moves sufficiently to be in a little shade and the breeze picks up. Definitely two shower weather though LOL

Last day tomorrow, had enough by then and just want to get home. Unfortunately I am in the shop for the entire week when I get back so will be utterly cream crackered on Sunday.

Glad the visit went well Caroline and you are enjoying your time away Linda. Dave is so often away ............................

Have a good evening all, off for that shower before dinner.
