My gallery meeting!

Hi all, just thought i would let you know how my meeting went.
It was great, the owner was so nice and made me feel at ease. She loved my art, i have already given her some pieces to display, she is putting them in the window!!

She will be taking 30% of any sale, which i assume is a fair deal and i can exchange old items for new whenever i like which is great!

That's brilliant. It sounds like you have a good set-up there. 30% is a good rate as well.

It sounds like the gallery gets good custom, the owner said she gets lots of browsers daily, people who want little gifts and people who pop down every few months and spend a few hundered on one thing so fingers crossed they look at my items!

Maybe i could do some smaller decorative bits for people looking for xmas gifts over the next few months!!

30% is a good rate for a gallery, as opposed to a shop - I understand galleries usually wan't 40% or more, so that sounds like a good deal.
