  • How to show my product

My product is really a thing that you need to hold to get an idea of what it is/ how good it looks, so thats the way I need to sell it.

Being too young to drive though, I can't go around to craft fayres ect,

Is there anything you can think of that would help me ?

Welcome Charlie - I've just had a look at your website, and as far as I can see you're not doing bad without our help!! I like what you're doing, and you seem to have found a niche market, the only thing I can think of is to print some flyers and go stuffing 'em through letterboxes................but I've a feeling you've already done that!

Another idea would be to write a letter to the local garden centres enclosing a sample. You then should phone up to speak to the manager about a week later to ask whether they'd be interested in stocking your product.
Another idea would be to contact the local papers to ask whether they'd be interested in running a story about you.

Do you think the local press would be interested?

            Absolutely!!!

Plus it was (young) enterprise week last week so you could always use that as your angle, ie 'whilst schools in the area were undertaking activities for enterprise week 15 year old Joe Bloggs is already taking his first steps towards becoming a successful business entpreneur blah blah blah' kind of thing.

Also, if you haven't already found it, this website might prove useful for you http://www.makeyourmark.org.uk/

What a great website, well done you!
Well worth a local press release.

You should definitely use your blog more to promote, as blogspot comes up high on search engine results. Also use it to show off more images

PM me your email address and I will send you some useful info on writing a press release.

Depending where you live you could invite the neighbours/friends round... have you got a garden? You could stage it with lots of your plant labels...stage the dining table set it for a wedding/dinnerparty with your name place labels..
                    could be a fun day!!
Give them all leaflets.. you seem to be quite good with the computer, you could put together some leaflets and attach a sample and give it to shops put it through doors etc..
