I use the mr site mail all the time to check my email from the "day job". What bit are you getting stuck at? I use Firefox browser normally and sometimes it doesn't like that but I always just switch over to Internet Explorer and it's fine.
I'll see if I can help if you let us know where it's giving you problems.

I have my Mr Site mail forwarded to my main email, things just get forwarded automatically. I never actually go into my Mr Site mail box. I think there is an option about forwarding in the Mail area.
Hope you sort it soon.Sharon

mr site email trauma
Hi. My mr site mail is automatically forwarded to my hotmail account but is always treated as junk even though I have permitted it through hotmail itself. Also, sometimes when I check my mr site mail box I find messages that were not forwarded.
Last week my password didn't work for my mrsite mailbox. Couldn't get access for ages. When I contacted them they reset it and then it was fineSee my Happy Reflections wedding cake toppers and more at http://www.nikkisnoveltygifts.com

Hi
For anyone wanting to forward their email to another account, I thought this might be useful:
Log in at mail.yourwebsitename.com/MEadmin (replace "yourwebsitename.com" with your own website address)
User/Email: [email protected] (replace "yourwebsitename.com" with your own website address)
Password: Your Password
Once logged into the Email Admin section, click on the Mailboxes link on the left hand side navigation bar. You will now be displayed all the email accounts you have on your domain. Click the Edit button at the bottom of the screen on the far right and a box pops up onto the screen. Click on the Mailboxes tab and now on this page you will see a option that says "Redirect mail to" enter your email address in the box and make sure that the checkbox is checked. It is also a good idea to to check the box next to "Keep a copy of the messages in the mailbox" but remember once in a while do login to your account through http://mail.yourwebsitename.com (replace "yourwebsitename.com" with your own website address) and delete the messages from the server so you don't go over your account limit as you will not receive any emails.
best wishes

Sorry you had problems getting on to your mail. In the future, it is worth posting exactly what the problem/error was to see if we can help. That goes for emailing Mr Site Support Team too. The more information the better - it helps us work out what may have gone wrong.
Best wishes
