Misi & Invoices

Im going to be selling on Misi and was just wondering whether other sellers usually email customers an invoice or just do with the paypal one that gets sent when you buy something using paypal?

Also do sellers send hard copies of the invoice along with the item sold. If so do you hand write them or type them up, as i was thinking an A4 sheet of paper with just one or 2 items would look a bit empty.

Its up to you really.

Once your a LTD then its best to send and hard copy but for small stuff paypal is fine on its own.

I always put a hard copy in with the order because (as a customer) I always think it looks a bit odd to have an item arrive with no paperwork. Though maybe I should rethink this in the interests of being 'green'.

My website automatically generates an email confirmation as well as the paypal one and I would imagine MISI does the same, but hopefully someone else will be along to confirm that.
