What to include in one-to-one tuition for Duke of Edinburgh Jewellery Making Skill?

Hi!
I make and sell jewellery. A lady got my details through one of the retail outlets that I use, and contacted me to see if I'd be willing to give her daughter some personal tuition. She needs this to help her achieve the Jewellery-making skill as part of her Duke of Edinburgh award.
I said yes, as this is a new avenue that was opening to me. However, this is the first time that I will actually be paid for tuition. So I am looking for help, as I think I need to have more of a structured format when she comes to my house?
Any ideas on what I should do -the girl is almost 15?
