Much, much better - I don't have that difficult letterbox window to deal with now. Well done on getting that sorted out!
With your returns policy, DSR states that the refund should include the original postage paid but the return postage is paid by the customer. You would need to clarify this in your T&Cs. I would also remove the Privacy Policy page and add this as an extra paragraph on your T&C page.
Is there a particular reason you require users to register before buying? Personally, I wouldn't use a site that requests that other than the big companies out there. You may be putting off customers who are looking to buy a one-off gift. You will obtain the address & contact details during the purchasing process so I don't see why you need to register unless you are expecting a lot of customers to buy from you frequently, in which case it will (I assume) save their address details to save them having to keep typing them in.
Well done on sorting this out so quickly. I am still not overkeen on the bright pink text but that is personal taste only.Ali x

I should have you telling the man who did my site what to do!, i wasn't aware of the registration bit! but then i know nothing about computers either total newbie. I have had people register already but will see what i can do about that. Thank heavens you posted about the letter box window i couldn't see it on my browser. The colour scheme is personal taste i agree, but i am loud and proud!! some like it some not sure. Thank you for your help and advice much appreciated

Hi Anna
As I say, colours are personal taste and actually yours do fit in with the fun designs you do. If people are registering then you may be OK but again this is a personal thing and I would hate it if you were losing customers because of that. Could you ask if it could be an optional feature so it doesn't stop people buying a one-off if they don't want to register?
Different browsers are a nightmare - they can show things so differently but that is one of the great things about this forum, so many people using different browsers means that you get a good feel for what is working and what isn't. Have you got Google Analytics on your site? If not, get it now - it will give you a real feel for what people are looking at, how many visitors you get and what browsers they use (along with lots of other information). It is free and easy to do - your web chappy should be able to sort it out for you without any problems. If you find that most visitors are using a particular browser to visit your site, it would probably be worth downloading a version onto your PC so you can view your site as others do (just have the browser sitting there for testing purposes only - it shouldn't affect your own normal one).
Good luck with the site - hope the orders start coming in soon for you!
