Updated website..

Haven't updated in a while.. what do you think?

I'm not looking for mega sales from website at moment, just to have an address people can go to

The first thing I would say is to make your images on the homepage the same size (height)

The green used for the menu also seems dark against the black font, can you lighten the green?

I like the way you have presented the individual products in a montage, looks really good, gives lots of views and detail. Maybe have some more product shots on the main pages like 'shop' etc.

Just adjusted the colour scheme and changed height of pics.. any better d'ya think??

Quite tempted to go for an entirely different colour scheme but not sure...

Oh that lighter green is much better, although I can see why you might want a new scheme, it is rather green..but then it is goblins, so maybe it should be green. Sorry, not helping much am I?

I think that the green is ok as it fits with the goblins, but you could always play around with some other colours, just to see!

(Still think that a 'No Trows' door would be a good idea for the Shetland market...!)

at the risk of sounding overly critical, i wouldnt buy from a shop that i felt was unwelcoming either in person or IRL, and i find this on your shop page very offputting

"If we updated the website with each new item, we'd have no time to make things"

especially as you say further down that the pics are on facebook!

If you dont have the time to update the pics on the actual site, maybe upload to flickr or photobucket and set a slideshow on the website? Or a link to the album? Not everyone uses favebook, and to be honest i personally avoid it when i can! lol!

Also added an events page... rather than having to go through facebook, and put Contact Us first in the list

You're definitely getting there with your site. Maybe you should take out the link to a FAQ page since you don't have anything to put on it yet! I had a quick look at your facebook page as well - it's very interesting.
