  • I don't need a review but....

    Hi,

I have managed to fumble together my website over the last few months and I am very unhappy with the text look and content of the home page.

I don't need a review but are there any recommendations of text font/size/colour for descriptions on the home page ? Bearing in mind that I will be keeping a background colour of light grey.

Your thoughts would be most appreciated.
    Thanks

I think it looks fine as it is. Orange and grey are pretty on trend colours in home decor at the moment.
I wouldn't change the font because you company name isn't an actual word, if you know what I mean, people might not be able to read it in a less clear font.
    It looks clean and crisp

Hi. I too love the grey and orange its a great combination but I do think the body text is too bold and would probably be better just as regular, maybe if you centered it all too it would sit better on the page. Other than that I think it looks great and your jewellery is lovely too.

Hi, I like the orange and grey scheme too.

In terms of fonts, it's always best to stick to two main font styles and colours. I don't think the purple 'comic-sans' heading on the homepage works with the rest of the page which is clean and crisp.

You also need to keep font sizes consistent if possible throught the site otherwise it just looks messy.

Great job so far, keep it up!

Great website and although an unusual colour combination, they work well together and give it an up to date look.
