    Yeah, they were doing essential maintenance, which I agree is important but I like straight talking so you know where you stand.

    If something is going to take 3 days to fix don't tell me it'll be done in 2-3 hours, that doesn't help anyone!

    Hopefully, fingers crossed, mine will be fixed soon

    I had problems at the end of last week, and I know others did over the weekend - I think it was a maintenance issue again.

    I wouldn't have any problem with this if they'd just let us know - it's not hard to put a service announcement on the home page when you log in.

    You should be fine to access your email account using your original Mr Site activation code? If you experience any problems with this, please speak to us online via Live Chat - you can find the button on the Main Options page of your Takeaway Website account.

    Mr Site problem

    Hi, is anyone here, who uses Mr Site, having problems getting into their Email Administration page? I've been trying to access mine since Sunday & it keeps coming up with a Runtime Error

    I've contacted Mr Site daily about it but they keep saying it'll be fixed very soon but that was 3 days ago

    Just wondering if anyone has had a similar problem as it's driving me insane?!
