hemp jewellery book

hiya
i was wanting to make some hemp anklets for the summer and was wanting to get a book to learn how to do all the fancy plaiting and knotting that goea with it,
was wondering if anyone knew of any good ones to try,

Not specifically hemp but a book that popped through the door yesterday looks brill....
