  • Craft Fair needed for 9th or 10th Dec 2017

    Hi

Unfortunately, the organisers of a fair I was due to attend have been told that they have been double booked so I am now on the lookout for an alternative location in the South Midlands/North Glos area for 9th and/or 10th December.

    Has anyone any thoughts/offers?

I am a woodturner with a wide range of items for Ladies and Gents!!

    Thanks

Thanks for the link Mo. I know that here are other Christmas events which are not on this list and I was hoping that someone may have had some other ideas!

There are some big city Christmas markets that go on for several weeks that may have space and can offer a last minute deal for a weekend and at a cut pricel. Look in your local papar at those little community, farmers markets, little Chrismas charity type things. I did about £100 in 3 hours at one last year Flea markets and can be very good and cheap and can do well at them if you have a good range. . Also think outside the box a bit. Some of the big garden centres have lots of indoor space, plenty of free parking, lots of well healed regular customers and may offer you a space to put up a table on a Saturday or have their own festive events. I have seen them at garden centres before and is the ideal place with numbers going through the door that will be looking for interesting locally made, quirky, nicely crafted products.
