    Hi,
    We are holding a military vehicle and living history weekend but want to add some other attractions so we are looking for anyone who would like to have a stall at our event. Details below. Hope this ad is ok, mods

    Bunker Bash 2008
    17th-18th May
    Military Vehicle & Living History Show

    Kelvedon Hatch Secret Nuclear Bunker
    Ongar Road
    Brentwood
    Essex

    This is our 3rd Military Vehicle & Living History Show to be held at this unique Cold-War location.
    There will be a full range of military vehicles on display, from early Staff Cars and Softskin Vehicles to Post-War Armour.

    The show will open and close on both days with the Garrison Living History Group putting on a Firepower Display with their 25 pounder Field Gun & Full Gun Crew in the arena.

    Other arena events will include a firepower display from Post-War Armour & Artillery and a chance for you to see some of the vehicles on display running around the arena with commentary.

    • UK Air Cavalry Vietnam Living History Group
    • Coalition 2007 Gulf War Display
    • Birmingham Pals Living History Group
    • 5th Special Forces Group, 3rd Mike Force 1966" Vietnam Living History Group
    • RSG-Reconnaisance Scouts Group
    • Anderson Shelter Home front display
    • WW1 & WW2 Allied & Axis trenches
    • A Pickett-Hamilton-Fort Display (Airfield Pillbox)
    • Medway military vehicle group
    • aveley military vehicle group
    • Arena events throughout the day

    Essex Army Cadet Force Display
    Soldier Magazine
    Trade stalls.
    Petting Zoo.. come see the Llama.
    Bouncy Castle.
    Admission to Bunker complex included in show ticket. (No charge to exhibitors)
    Beer Tent.
    Catering, both inside & outside the Bunker.

      Could be we're all pacifists, Bunker....... Essex is too far for me anyway. I'm not sure that handicrafts and your weekend would make good bedfellows. Most of us are quite gentle folk, I think, and I wouldn't feel easy at such an event. I know they can be very popular and you can get lots of footfall, but I'm not sure it would be for me.

        These events are a celebration of our forces past and what they did for us.

        if they are anything like airshows you have a bored captive female audience . if I lived closer I'd be there like a shot (no pun intended)

          You have hit the nail on the head there thats why we want to add something different to the show other than just military vehicles.
          For information the military vehicle section is based in a different field and away from the stall area so no need to worry Primmers, in the stalls field will be mostly the bouncy castle, food wagons, classic cars etc so will be a more quiet area.
