Hi all,
Hathersage village, in the Hope Valley Derbyshire have a Gala Week which runs from Saturday 6th July and culminates in an exciting day on Saturday 13th July 2013.
On this last Saturday afternoon the Gala Week’s Grand Finale Procession will parade through Hathersage village and ends at the village football field with the majority of the village population and many visitors in hot pursuit!
Following the Procession everyone will gather on the football field for an afternoon of events and we have many stalls present on the field.
Local and wider business stalls are welcome. Please note, this is not strictly a craft fair - stalls include crafts, charity stalls, business stalls, tombolas etc.
The cost of holding a stall is stated below and all cheques should be made payable to ‘Hathersage Gala’.
Cost
Registered charity stalls: £10
Business stalls (village business): £15
Business stalls (from outside of village): £20
Please let me know if you are interested in joining us! Please note we already have a jewellery stall and a phoenix cards stall.

NB: Stalls can be set up on the field after 10.30am on the Saturday morning. We would ask that you bring your own table(s) and be on the field by 13.00 at the latest. Stalls clear away at approxmately 5pm. Stalls are outside. Please avoid putting anything onto the grass that would damage it.
