  • What to do?

Hi - I'm on here for some advice. I did a craft fair with a national company that was absolute pants - totally unsuitable venue, no advertising, less than a dozen people through the doors, very unprofessional. I've emailed them and asked for my money back, or at least an apology or even a reply. Nothing. I don't know what to do next, any suggestions please? Should I name and shame so any other people using them are warned? Thanks Jo x

If you're concerned about naming and shaming on the forum here, why not write about it on your blog - in full and gory detail! - then post here something on the lines of 'I've posted a review of my latest, sadly unsuccessful, craft fair in my blog'.

Other than writing to the company concerned yourself, can you get in touch with other crafters who were at the market? A united approach is always more effective; also contacting the local press can sometimes work wonders if done in the right way.
