  • URGENT NEED OF TRADERS FOR THIS SATURDAY 12th JAN

I am in desperate need of another 8 traders for this Saturday as the ones that I have down on my list that had said they wanted to be here haven't paid me, so I have a suspicion they are either going to let me down tomorrow or not turn up on Saturday. Right now I don't have enough traders to even cover my costs of the licence (which I had to pay for in advance) and the room hire. Let alone the fact of how much I have spent on stuff for the tea shop, and need to pay for transport to get us both there and back.

I can't share the link for either my Facebook Event for it on here, nor my website - aarrgg!!

Just search for HooDoo Market or HooDoo Events on Facebook or google it.

It's at St Bart's Church Hall in Armley, Leeds in West Yorkshire, it runs from 1 til 6 and right now I am accepting anyone with any sort of stuff to sell. Doesn't have to be handmade (although that would be nice!), can be secondhand and we'll call it vintage, if it's stuff out of your own cupboard we'll call it collectable - anything goes! As long as it's not illegal or immoral!
You can pay me straight away by bank transfer or paypal. £15 for a 6ft pitch (table supplied)
Just message me please asap! [email protected]
    Thanks.
    Jo

It must be awful to put on an event and be let down at the last minute, but when you consider the numbers of threads discussing the issues of finding ourselves at an event with bought in goods (or worse) I think it is unlikely that CF members would be enticed by desperate pleas which include

Jo I hope you manage to salvage the event...maybe you will consider listing future handmade events in here in the early stages and some craft forum members with their lovely made goods might give it a try...
