Hope that you don't mind if I ask a few questions.

Have you sold any tickets as yet?

How many people do you expect to get through the door?

How are you advertising the fair?

Anything else that you'd care to add.

I know that this may seem a lot but I have been to fairs where the stall holders have out numbered the customers and I have lost both time and money. It's good to know what to expect.

Hello Yvonne,
I have 10 tables booked so far for the december Fair, which leaves 10 tables left. As I have 2 Fairs before that one I imagine a few will book from those for December. To be honest you can never tell what it will be like on day, I have had good days & bad. It can't be that bad as most of the same crafters rebook.
I have however now been advertising my Fairs in the S.Wales Echo Thursday) & the Friday Ads, plus leaflet dropping around the surrounding areas, & Local shop advertising. The December Fair will be held in a different Hall to where I normally hold them & is more well known to people.
The tables are £15 each, time of Fair 11.30am -3.30pm
