I need some plastic shelving (to use on my fair table) that is lightweight and easily portable...years ago I used to have some small black plastic shelves which just slotted together with tubular plastic legs(I think they were sold for bathrooms)...can't believe I didn't save them! I can't find anything like this locally....any ideas, anyone?

Do they have to be plastic? For some years I used items marketed as shoe racks by Poundstretcher - they're made of wood and are basically 2 sets of slats held together by a piece of dowelling at each end and there are four uprights to join the two "shelves" together. They were £3.99 each set and have tolerated being constructed and desconstructed for several years before getting a bit too wobbly (I have some custom made shelving units now).

I'm only just down the road from you, so if you're interested in looking at these send me a pm, or come along to Waters' Edge on 5 or 6 November. I'll send you a pm with further details.

Tried there last week, they didn't have any suitable shelves, but I did pick up the most fabulous stand for my christmas decorations!

I've recently bought the slatted shoe racks from poundstretcher, and B&M sell them too. I panel pinned mine to make it a bit sturdier but now I have problems storing it. Doh! I like the idea of plastic shelving that you can dismantle so if you come across Auntpolly that are suitable I would be grateful if you could share.
