  • CRAFT FAIR 24 JULY 2011 at Snowshill Manor, Gloucs (National Trust)

Genuine hand crafters are being sought for a craft fair at the National Trust site at Snowshill Manor, near Broadway, Gloucs.

Spaces are very limited and jewellery is already represented.

If interested, please read the following information received from the Manager at Snowshill Manor and contact him directly.
Snowshill Manor & Gardens is hosting a craft fair on July 24th between 11:00 and 17:00

The fair coincides with our Archaeology Weekend which means that we are likely to see in excess of 900 visitors during the day. Snowshill was the home of Charles Paget Wade who was passionate about craftsmanship, colour and design. So passionate that he bought a manor house to hold his collection and lived in the cottage next door. In his lifetime he amassed over twenty two thousand objects and they form a rare and intriguing insight into the world prior to mass production.

You will see then that Snowshill is a wonderful place for anyone with an interest in the hand-made. The Fair is for crafts people that produce within 40 miles of Snowshill. A pitch will cost £20 and we would ask that you supply your own gazebo and trestle table or similar for the event. You are required to have public liability insurance, if you do not then we can cover you for the day for £5.00.

If you are interested in taking part in the fair please contact me as detailed above.
