Finding out about craft fairs etc...

Is there somewhere (other than this wonderful site of course ) where you can find out about craft fairs and such events? Is there a mailing list or something? Or a website? I'm guessing that that would be too easy, and I'm going to recieve "you have to work hard to find them" type replies

Apart from the sites already mentioned:Try contacting all your local shools and asking when they have their Summer/Autumn fairsAlso try local sheltered housing/nursing homes to see if they have anything going on they may sell you a stall at!!Local papers usually tell you when there are things happening, the free ones are the best you know like the 'town Crier' etc as scount/brownie groups will put things in there Try googling your local councils to find out when there are any street fairs going on.Ummmm can't think of anywhere else but will post if i get a brainwave....

Another source of information

One of the best ways of finding out about other fairs is by chatting to stallholders at the fairs you attend. Those doing similar things to you may be cagey, but the others, if they are anything like those in my area, will be only too happy to give you contacts.
