  • Bretton Festival - Peterborough 21 July '07

This years Bretton Festival is expected to attract approx 2,000 visitors and has been rejuvenated with a host of additional attractions to entice the local and not so local visitor.
We are seeking a number of 'Craft' stalls to complete the make up of different footfall attractions which will surround the perimeter of staged events and arena events.
There is no cost for a stand, but a donation to the Parish Council would be expected from takings (usually around £25.00)
A pitch would be allocated in the premium area where most foot traffic will be expected, all that is required will be a display area within a 'pop up gazebo' to entice sales.
The festival will run Sat. 21st July 2007 from mid day untill mid evening, but stalls may leave between 6-7pm if business tails off when the evening music starts.
If you are interested in participating at the event please get in touch as soon as possible.

      Sounds intriguing!

Is there any public transport, either buses or trains, that can get there easily enough?

Bretton Festival (Peterborough) - Public transport

Yes public transport should be no problem. Bus or train will take you into Peterborough city centre - If arriving by bus just go to the Bretton bus terminus in the same building hop on (they are every 10mins) and ask for Bretton Centre - 15min ride, the festival is in the park close to Bretton Centre and 2 mins walk from the bus stop. If arriving by train just walk over the road to the bus station and do as above.
This years festival will have a lot of stalls, amusements, games, performing acts, and music all day with groups in the evening. There's always room for a few more craft stalls as they don't take up much room and will have guaranteed footfall of all attending the event.
