Hi,
I am organising another craft fair on behalf of my Brownie unit to raise funds. We organised one back in May and we're hoping that this one will be perfectly timed for those looking for Christmas gifts.
Date: Sunday 29th November 2009
Time: 10am to 4pm (stall holders can set up from 8am)
Location: Stockton Brook Scout & Guide HQ, Moss Hill, Stockton Brook, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire.
Stalls: £10 for a 5ft table and £12 for a 6ft table.
For those of you who don't know Stockton Brook, it's just north of Stoke on the A53 to Leek road. It's very easy to find particularly because of my 3m wide banner on the main road!!!
The event will be advertised in the local papers, on lots of crafting websites, via posters and a leaflet drop in the local area as well as through my Guiding network. The event will also be publicised at our Bonfire and Firework display (7th Nov) which attracts 100s of people each year.
There is parking and refreshments will be provided.
In addition to the crafters there will also be a stall where children can have a go at making some simple crafts themselves (for a small fee of course!!)
If you're interested in a stall please let me know and I can send you a booking form. Our website is: www.1stocktonbrookbrownies.org.uk/craftfair.htm
I will be limiting the number of crafts of the same time to make it fair to the exhibitors and to create variety for the visitors. At the moment I am full for cards and have just one stall left for jewellery. I will operate a reserve list for any other card and jewellery exhibitors wanting a stall.
Any questions, just ask.
Claire
