    Hi

Was just wondering if anyone doing the Blackburn Art Market in July???

Ive been invited to put a application in.

Wondering how long it took for them to get back to you if you are?

I finally heard back from them, I do think its a bit cheeky to be asking for payment up front while they work out who they do and don't want, so I am still thinking about this, if I do it, I can only do the Saturday as my transport manager is working nights the Weds and Thurs.

I already feel bad that he's coming home Monday morning from a night shift and packing me, the stuff and the kids in the car to take us straight to an event, helping me put a gazebo up, and then finally going home to bed!

Glad they finally got back to you Delta!

Yes, I'm doing it, all three days. I can't remember how long they took to get back to me, but it wasn't very long.

Hope to see you both there!

They provide a 6' x 2' table and you can't have any more space than that for love nor money! You will be allocated your table on arrival, and you can't leave stuff there overnight.

I am away for that week. Do you know of any more during the summer in the Lancashire area?
            Thanks

              Lancashire Craft Fairs

Samlesbury Hall (between Preston and Blackburn) are hosting a lot of new craft events this summer.

There is a new monthly Farmer's Market and Craft Fair starting up from Sunday 26th July plus Wild Lancashire! a big country fair event on 9th August. They are looking for interested exhibitors/trade stands now.

They seem to be putting a lot into developing the arts and crafts side of things, with lots of supporting attractions like live music, history tours and family entertainment.

You can check out what's happening there by clicking the EVENTS menu button on their website at: samlesburyhall.co.uk

The hall can be contacted direct at: [email protected] or tel: 01254 812010.
