This is for all those people who answered expressing an interest in the above.
I am having to cancel this event as I have received the booking conditions and they require the Hirer (me) to give indemnities for all who visit and use the venue on my day and be responsible for all damages etc. I have looked into the insurance for this known as "events insurance" and the cost is from £150 to £300 per year. I am going back to the drawing board and perhaps find a venue that carries its own events insurance.
Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for all your responses. If I get a venue I will of course contact you all again.
