Sounds really interesting and I don't live that far away, pricing is good too.

Only one point of concern to me personally, nowhere in your advertising does it say crafts stalls. I'm not sure that people coming for a military event would be interested in buying crafts but crafts people might be interested in attending a military event. Have you had crafts stalls before?

Thanks for your reply, your correct there is no mention of craft stalls in my advert but there is on our 20,000 leaflets which we have been handing out since July 08, it states on the leaflet "Militaria and Craft Stalls". We are in the process of ordering another 15,000 leaflets which are distributed in the local areas.
We have had a few craft stalls at the event but would like to attract alot more so as to appeal to, dare i say it the women that come along to the show. Something i always remember is my mother in-law asking whats at the military shows for her in the way of stalls so bearing this in mind we are looking at expanding the type of stalls we have at our show and not just having the normal militaria stalls this way we will be more appealing to the whole family. Its a slow process getting others interested in trading but hopefully over the years we can build on this.
What would be good is if you came down to the show and see if there is any potential for craft traders. Feel free to find me and have a chat, i will be the one looking strasted out and tired.

Unfortunally the forum will not let me post a link on here to my photobucket picture of the leaflet untill i have made 25 posts.

The kids should love it, plenty of bangs, fire engine displays, blowing a car up. I am just a big kid myself .

Hmm... is the craft area inside or outside? Are tables & chairs & such provided?
                  Cheers,

Looking forward to it. Can't attend as a trader, as I can't bring my own stall, but as a MOP it sounds fun!
                        Cheers,
