organizing craft fairs

Hello i'm new to this forum but not new to the world of crafting, i make and sell jewellery through my website and at craft fairs and also through a few local shops too. My main reason for joining this group is to get help with organizing a craft fair and to find contacts in the leicestershire area for future craft fairs. I would like to know if any of you organize craft fairs? and if so how you first got started? any tips would be fantastic.
