I've emailed lothian events to enquire about booking a table at one of their venues.

Thanks again for the info, I've been googling craft fairs in and around Edinburgh for the last couple of months but never came up with much so this is great!!!!

So glad you got into the fairs. They are really nice crowd and this is when you will hear about all the other shows that are going on.
