    Where is everyone?

Don't tell me that I am the only sad person staying in on a Saturday night glued to the computer? I supppose I should be sewing or beading or something. Oh well, better get another glass of wine instead!

To misquote Douglas Adams, Saturday nights are 'the long dark teatime of the soul'! Most forums are dead - which could mean that most forum members spend Saturday night in the pub.

        Pub?

White wine for me then, please.....

I was planning to be (sadly) glued to my puter, but the daughter got there first...ratbag!

So I'm sitting in bed reading Christina Jones 'Tickled Pink', an excellent book! I love happy endings!

Just come to check my email & shut down the laptop.

My night wasn't very exciting, i fell asleep when putting my little girl to bed at 9pm and didn't wake up untill 12.30am, naturally i came down stairs to see if there was any action in the forum but i was the only member online so went back to bed for 1.15 am.

Saturday nights aren't what they used to be!

No kidding! I'm too long in the tooth to be disco-ing these days and having 2 under 3's doesn't help. I'm lucky if I make 11pm. Does anyone have crafty ideas in the middle of the night then you can't sleep because your mind is swirling around?

I find thats when i have my best ideas and if i want to get back to sleep i either have to get up and write it down so i don't forget or start creating it. I'm not as bad as i use to be, not after the one night when i woke up at 3am to feed my baby, got an idea in my head, got all my paper and stuff out and was making cards until 6.30am and had to go to work that day. Never again on a work night.
