    How to...

I want to start up a small business, making for charities and making happy animals...well comfortable.

I want to make rat hammocks, but obviously could be purchased for other animals.

I want to know how I'd do it, sizes, prices to sell for, and where online could I get a cheap but will do the job sewing machine & fabrics...funky, colourful but also need fleece to keep them warm!

Sewing machines can be bought for around £100 from John Lewis, I think they may go down to £80 and up to the thousands.
Maybe an overlocker would be best as you need robust stitching to carry the weight.I bought one there for £200.

    www.fabricland.co.uk sell fleece
Hobbycraft sell wooden poles which you may need to keep its shape, they are made of balsa wood so Im not sure how much weight it would take.
Size?Youl have to do some research on animal sizes.
