Hiya I'm looking for something similar to Kapok to stuff some childrens toys. I remember using it at school, but can't find it. Does anyone know a website where I can buy something similar?

Thank you.

I have used polyester stuffing which you can buy by the bag or by the metre from any good haberdashery shop. Its what is inside duvets, its white, washable and should be hypoallergenic. I dont think you can use kapok anymore (not the sort we used to use at school anyway).

Hope that helps

Dainty supplies (http://www.craftonline.co.uk) stock a very good stuffing in different size bags

I recently bought a bag of kapok type stuffing from here http://www.beeinspired.co.uk/index.php
I can't find it on their website (I bought it in the shop) but if you ring them, they are very helpful. :)

And Fred Aldous www.fredaldous.co.uk (http://www.fredaldous.co.uk)
But beware buying mail order or on line. It's really light so you get loads in a bag. The bag I bought is HUGE and is lasting foreverrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
