Hi guys,

I havn't posteed for ages. Been too busy working:nopity:

I have decided that because I no longer have the time to make jewellery and xmas is coming up quicker than i'd like that I am going to sell all of my stuff. Beads, components, tools, storage...the full lot :(

Can anyone give me some advice where to sell? I've looked at ebay and nothing seems to sell even for pennies there.

Any suggestions Please?

Thanks

Gilly

Are you sure? It seems a bit rough on you to sell the whole lot! If you are sure, maybe put an advert in your local craft shop. Then you can ask a decent price. Please think about it though because last year in a depressed hissy fit, I gave all my paints to the school craft club - acrylics, watercolours, lino printing stuff, the lot, because I just couldn't see me ever painting again. And a year later, I'm slowly buying the blumming stuff again!

Maybe put it aside for a bit to think about it. You can always use your stash to make presents. My mum expects something handmade now!

Put a price on it and let the forum know or break it down in smaller lots, take some pics and let the forum peeps know the price...

loads of beaders on here looking to add to a new or exsisting stock

I'm sure if all the selling is done "off" forum then it would be okay

Sounds a bit odd,but I find that when I want to sell anything,a card in local shop windows could be great. Depending on where you live, this cld be a great way. Also, our local newspaper has a free section for people selling personal possesions for less than 100.00,you could give it a try!
Good luck

That doesn't sound to me like someone who should be selling her stuff!!!!!!!!

Hi. I'm always in the market for something different, if you want to send me some pics of what you want to sell too. Along with prices of course. there is a site you can sell from which doesn't charge listing fees only commission.

LOL this is the first things I've made in months and doubt if I'd make any more this year. I've kind of lost the inspiration.

I know what you mean!
It helps to have new beads, or an event like birthdyas or christmas coming up, so your time is put to use :)
