I'm now a blogger

I've gone and done it and set up my blog (gone with a freebie as i'm only playing ATM). Theres only a few entries on there as i only set it up yesterday. But feel free to have a nosey and i've put a guest book at the bottom for all my crafty friends to sign. Any advice will be greatly appreciated as i said it's all new to me.

Thanks for your nice comments. Feels strange blogging but i'm sure i'll get use to it and if i keep it up i'll get one with it's own domain and with more control but for now i'm happy with what i've got.

Should i be adding more than one post a day at the beginning as it looks a bit sparse ATM??

If you can think of more than one thing to post each day, I'd store them up in advance. Save them in Word or something, and then just cat and paste them in later on.

That way you should always have some "fresh" content - you can drop in some new stuff when you feel like it. If you can't think of anything new, just put something from your Word store instead.

It keeps your blog up to date and looking busy - I wouldn't worry that it's a bit sparse at the moment, since people will know that you're only just starting to blog. Already at 149 on crafty blogs, though!

149 - i know, i had 50 hits yesterday, total shock. My website has been going for nearly 12 months and the max i've had on that is 38. The blog is on 35 today, can't believe it.
