Plumbers putty?
Wheres the best place to get this, no idea what other name it is called by, i even asked a plumber and he had never heard of it lol, the stuff you put on your mold to block the wee holes??

You can get plumbers putty from B&Q (we have used it loads for sealing pipes).
The stuff for sealing moulds is called modge podge however I have never used the stuff. I use cheap and cheerful blue tac, it works just the same. Fantastic with polycarbonate moulds alone or with metal moulds I use a bit of masking tape first to cover the hole then use the blue tac as the blue tac melts with the heat of the metal - modge podge does exactly the same.

Oh brill, so i can use masking tape and blue tac, thank you Lisa, much appreciated. Hope you have had a good weekend, i am have been making votives i think it might be a container blend i got in soy wax, if that makes sense, will call up the shop tomorrow and ask if they can trace my order back.

If it is container wax you have you will have the very devil of a job getting the votives out of the holders. Container wax is sort of sticky and designed not to shrink.
Yep masking tape and blue tac for me every time.
