    Recommendations??

Hi I was thinking about making my new website and thought I would ask here if there was any fairly cheap but good website builders out there. I do have a Mr site website, but must say I am not overjoyed with it.

I would really like to try somewhere new for my new venture!

    Thanks in advance
    Rach

Take a look at my website. The site builder I use is at the very bottom. I have been really pleased with it and it is reasonable...bonus!

I was going to suggest doyourownsite too! I had a months free trial and it ran out, so I opted for extra time (which it allows you to do) It's never stopped working since so I have unlimited time to play around with it! Don't know if it's a fluke or if I've read it wrong but I'm enjoying it!

I have MrSite and I'm very happy with it so far but some friends of mine who run their own web design company have made their own DIY website builder called WebLadder which is really good www.webladder.co.uk

I use the free MS Office one..Iam pleased with the results and I was able to purchase my domain for just £7.99, though I believe you can use a yahoo or msn name for free.

            Hi
We used moonfruit.com and they are great. I am really pleased with ours.

My site is made by ANTMAR IT Consultants (link at the bottom of my site), they are great - really efficient, cost effective and friendly service.

You can choose out of hundreds of their templates or alternatively tell them exactly how you want your site to look which is what I did. They are currently working on adding a shopping cart to my site. They are also good with Search Engine Optimisation.

              Would recommend them!

Thanks for all the suggestions. After having a think, I am going to go for an information only with a link through to either folksy or Coriandr as the shop!
I think this may be more beneficial to what I am looking for.

                Thanks again
