UK suppliers for ingredients and question about a preservative

Hi everyone :)

I am brand new here, so please forgive me if I say/ask anything remarkably stoopid!

I’d love to hear what sites you all use to purchase supplies for toiletries. I’m especially keen to find a good supplier for preservatives. I’ve had a hunt around. At the moment I’m using New Directions and The Soap Kitchen. The Soap Kitchen stock something labelled Phenoxyethanol / EHG. Has anyone used this? Does anyone know more about it? Is it broad spectrum, does it need to be used in conjunction with any other preservative or does it stand alone? And (sorry, another question!) does anyone know of a UK supplier for Liquid Germall Plus (full name is Propylene Glycol (and) Diazolidinyl Urea (and) Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate).

ETA: I'm specifically looking for paraben-free preservatives.

you can't get liquid germall here and as far as i remember it's not under the uk cosmetics for safe preservatives,

you could try aromantics or of a simple nature, they both do preservatives,
