beaded accessories?

Does anyone know of any good websites where you can learn to make beaded accessories, such as hair clasps and rings etc? Having a bit of trouble finding any good ones!

AS A JEWELLEY AND TIARA MAKER, I FIND THAT IDEAS JUST POP OUT OF MY HEAD !
I HAVENT LOOKED AT OTHER IDEAS.
I PICK MY COLOUR SCHEME AND 'CREATE'. MAYBE IF YOU START BY DOING THAT ?

Yeah I usually work on that principle but I couldnt seem to get a style that I was 100% happy with! I'll just mess about some more and see what I can come up with lol!
