Anyone know of a place to send embroidery machines to get them looked at? Mine needs sorting as the tension has gone funny and it's just making a big old mess
I nearly threw it across the room a few moments ago!

My mum sends hers to the local husqvarna shop, even though it wasn't a husqvarna viking machine they were able to repair it for her.
Like you, then tension had gone, and they tightened it.

Is there anyone in your area who does clothing alterations? They will probably be able to recommend someone.

Hi Sam,
Don`t know if you come in to Lichfield anymore but David who repairs machines on behalf of Lichfield Needlecraft Centre services and repairs embroidery machines and computerised machines. He`s a Husqvarna Mechanic. Usually takes a week.

Oh Clare - yes I do, and that would be ideal for me. Do you have any contact details you could PM me.
I could send it home with my Mum as she pops over once a week. she could even deliver it to his door.
Would he work on a Janome?
;) THANKS. x

Hi,
Yup, he`ll work on any machine. I think he takes the machines on Tuesday and drops them back the following Tuesday.
Will PM with phone number!
