I have seen on an Esty site some one selling black Sandstone earings. But to me it looks like a variation of Goldstone which is realy a glass. Has any one come accross Black sandstone as when I google it i can only find a form of slate?

black sandstone is like a tile isn't it? made out of slate...?
you can get it in different colours too.
would look good in the kitchen, but i cant say id want that dangling from my ears...
maybe they mean black sandstone effect, and left the word 'effect' out"

I haven't come across it, but I would say that any rock that is mined can be called whatever they want.
I suspect it will be similar to blue goldstone, but because it might be very dark rather than blue, they've renamed it.
