Anything missing??

Well i've been busy setting up my new website but i'm sure i've forgotten a few things. I wouls be really greatful if you could take a look and let me know what you think in regards to - ease of navigation, any legal bits missing, any improvements i could make, you know the kinda things........lol.

There are lots of products still to go on and lots are out of stock as i'm awaiting the orders to arrive, so please ignore products as it's just advice on the website as a whole i'd like.

Hi ya!

I like the overall look of your site and the colour scheme used. I noticed a couple of typos!

1) basic grey in the please note part on the main page has not got a space in between it

2) You have put Emellishments instead of embellishments

Unless....this is how they are meant to be this way, then in that case just ignore me! lol

I think your site is great tho, its easy to navigate around, the pics are clear and I like the fact that you have a secetion that details p&p..since alot of sites "sting" you with this afterwards!

thank you so much for your reply, they are typos so will go fix them ......lol. I'm not a very good speller but since spending so many hours on the pc my eyes are going funny.

First off, can I say I LOVE those colours together, really nice :)

I've just looked for typos for you and found these you might wanna take care of

1) under Sales Agreement line 5 you need to put the a into has
2) under Refund Policy line 3 change there to their
3) under Payments Accepted, change dispatched to despatched to match
your P&P page

I like your note about not being held responsible for things like postal strikes, I might borrow that one if I may! :mf:

....ooh just one more teeny typo I saw when I had another look....on your Welcome page intro, you could do with changing your to you're

I'm not right good at spotting if there's any key sections missing though, no doubt you've had a butchers at some other sites to see what theyve included. I can usually see best what I've missed when I see it somewhere else! (did that only make sense to me?! sounds gobbledegook but hope you know what I mean!)

Tip top it is actually live now but i wasn't going to tell anyone BUT because i put a top 50 scrappers link on it, it got noticed :o so i've been taking things off old site when i've transferred them so i don't get in a mess with stock :sm:

Couldn't believe it but it's only been 'known' about for 3 days and i took my first 2 orders today...........lol, thats why i thought i'd better get all of you to inspect it for me :)

Also catalogue/ catalog.. choose 1 spelling throughout (catalog is US English I believe)

the 3rd sentence in PP international,is missing some words! doesn't really make sense as it stands, although it can be understood.

Can overseas customers not contact first to find out what the P& P would be before continuing? looks as if have to process order,pay, then later pay P&P separately. No way would I buy from you if thats the only way it works,could get stung for enormous charges, and by then you've already got my money!!:o
Returning customers might know you're reasonble on PP but new ones wouldn't... I'd just go shop elsewhere.

if that isnt how it works then it needs clarifying!:D

Thanks for that. I must admit that i was in a rush to get those bits done so didn't think to much into it. I will re-word it to read i can weigh items required etc before any money is parted with. As for 'catalog' i know it's a right pain as it's an american template and i try and change them as i spot them but thatnks for that too.

Any info is great and i rather critisism than 'yeah, nice site' as i know theres work to be done yet.

I've only had a quick look, but you need to change the name of your homepage from "Welcome" to "Sassy Crafts" or something.

Thanks everyone for all your help. I think i have made all the changes you pointed out now. I had a bad virus on my pc last week which i had to sort out so sorry i haven't said thanks sooner.
